Delivery times depend on where your item is being sent from. If the item is in stock in the UK, it usually takes up to 5 working days. If the item is being ordered from a supplier, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

No — not all items are held in stock. If pieces are sourced internationally, they may be ordered once your purchase is made.

Some items are handmade to order or sourced from independent designers. These pieces are created or purchased specifically for you once your order is placed.

Yes — international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country.

To look after your veil:
Hang it immediately upon arrival to let wrinkles drop, or steam gently if needed.
Store it in a cool, dark, dry place using a breathable garment bag or acid-free tissue paper to prevent yellowing.
Spot clean with mild soap or, if necessary, hand wash gently in lukewarm water.
For other accessories, we recommend keeping them in their original packaging until your special day to maintain their condition.

At this time, items are not available to try on before your wedding. In the future, we plan to open a small studio where you can experience Amara pieces in person.
