At Amara, we carefully curate and hand-select every piece for our brides. Due to the delicate nature of bridal accessories, please read the following guidelines carefully.

Returns

  • Made-to-order items are non-refundable. These pieces are created or ordered especially for you once your purchase is placed.

  • In-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Exchanges

  • At this time, exchanges are not available.

  • If you would like to purchase a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Please inspect your items upon arrival.

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours with clear photographs. Email: amarabride@hotmail.com

  • We cannot accept responsibility for damage reported after this period.

Return Process

  1. Email amarabride@hotmail.com to request a return.

  2. Await confirmation and instructions before sending the item back.

  3. Customers are responsible for return postage and ensuring the item is securely packaged. Tracked delivery is recommended.

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Customs duties and import fees are non-refundable.
