At Amara, we carefully curate and hand-select every piece for our brides. Due to the delicate nature of bridal accessories, please read the following guidelines carefully.
Returns
Made-to-order items are non-refundable. These pieces are created or ordered especially for you once your purchase is placed.
In-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Exchanges
At this time, exchanges are not available.
If you would like to purchase a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your items upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours with clear photographs. Email: amarabride@hotmail.com
We cannot accept responsibility for damage reported after this period.
Return Process

Await confirmation and instructions before sending the item back.
Customers are responsible for return postage and ensuring the item is securely packaged. Tracked delivery is recommended.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Customs duties and import fees are non-refundable.
