At Amara, each piece has been thoughtfully curated for the modern bride. Many of our accessories are sourced from carefully selected international designers, and some pieces are purchased especially for you.

Please read the following policies carefully before placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery

We hold a limited selection of items in stock. In-stock pieces are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Some of our accessories are sourced from international designers, including Australia. For these items, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If your chosen piece has a longer lead time, this will be clearly noted before purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive confirmation via email. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and may vary due to postal services, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control.

Amara cannot be held responsible for courier delays, customs delays, or orders placed too close to your wedding date.

We strongly recommend ordering well in advance of your event.

Made-to-Order Items

Certain veils and accessories are purchased to order or handmade specifically for you once your order is placed.

As these pieces are sourced or created especially for you, they:

  • Cannot be cancelled once ordered

  • Are non-refundable

  • Are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

Please ensure you check product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the delicate nature of bridal accessories:

  • Made-to-order items are non-refundable.

  • In-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

To request a return, please email amarabride@hotmail.com before sending the item back.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs and for ensuring items are securely packaged. We recommend tracked delivery.

Items showing signs of wear, scent, makeup transfer, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Damages & Faults

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at amarabride@hotmail.com, including clear photographs of the issue.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage reported outside of this timeframe.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Wedding Date Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the customer to order their veil or accessories in sufficient time before their wedding or event date.

Amara cannot be held liable for items ordered too close to the event date where standard lead times apply.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Product Information

We make every effort to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. However, due to screen variations and the handmade nature of certain items, slight variations may occur.

Data Protection

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a data controller and handle personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.
